This can be achieved by setting the "Enhance function: ON" in the search function on the [Cursor Settings] page, which can be opened via "Data Display → Cursor Settings," and then saving as a TXT file. When the enhancement function is ON, the values are displayed with increased frequency resolution. Since saving as a TXT file saves the screen data as is, the data with increased frequency resolution will be saved. If you set the "Enhance function: OFF," the frequency range will be in increments of 1/800, so please save as a TXT file with the "Enhance function: OFF."

Note:
When saving as a "*.dat" file, the data is saved in increments of 1/800 of the frequency range.
