CF-7200 Frequently Asked Questions
Question number FAQ-0627
Can the CF-0792 battery pack be charged while measuring? What is the low battery warning? What is its lifespan?
1. About charging
Charging is not possible while measuring. Charging occurs when the CF-7200 unit is powered off. A full charge takes approximately 8 hours and provides 4 hours of continuous use under standard conditions.
2. Regarding battery depletion
The battery status is displayed on the screen using a battery icon. When the battery runs out, the battery status icon will only show white, and the battery indicator LED on the device will light up red. After the battery indicator LED lights up, the device will shut down within 30 minutes at the latest. When the device shuts down, it will forcibly save all currently stored data before shutting down.
3. Regarding lifespan
The battery is a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. With prolonged use, the continuous operating time will decrease. While it depends on usage, please consider approximately two years as a rough guideline for maintaining performance.
