Phase correction cannot be performed at frequencies below 10kHz, but is it possible to correct at 50Hz?
Phase shift becomes severe on the high-frequency side, but at 50Hz, sufficient accuracy is achieved without phase correction.
Therefore, it is designed to function above the 10 kHz range.
