Please review your measurement method.
(1) During the rotational increase in tracking analysis, the peak of the order analysis may shift depending on the timing of data acquisition.
(2) Turn on peak search mode and take the measurement.
(3) With order analysis on, you can monitor the display of the order analysis being tracked.
