How to perform servo analysis

Servo analysis involves measuring the frequency response function while outputting a signal.
There are three ways to operate the signal output.
(1) Linear sweep: Performs a sine sweep with a resolution of the frequency range.
(2) Log sweep: The X-axis is sine swept on a log scale.
(3) Sequence control: When the X-axis is on a LOG scale, various signal combinations are possible.

Please refer to the operating instructions (PDF).
