Servo analysis means measuring the frequency response function while outputting signals.
There are three types of signal output operations.
(1) Linear sweep: performs a sine sweep with resolution over the frequency range.
(2) Log sweep: performs a sine sweep on the X-axis in LOG scale.
(3) Sequence control: when the X-axis is in LOG scale, combinations of various signals are possible.
