When performing a linear sweep at a frequency range of 25KHz, the lower limit frequency becomes 31.25Hz. Is it possible to start from around 0Hz?

(1) It is possible to change the frequency range.
The lower limit of the signal output frequency matches the lower frequency that can be analyzed in the 25kHz range.
In the sweep function, the number of data points is fixed at 2048. The frequency resolution at this time is 800, so,
25000/800=31.25 (Hz)
31.25Hz will be the lower frequency limit of the sweep.

The frequency bandwidth becomes narrower, but it is possible to output in combination with the zoom function.
