CF-5200 Frequently Asked Questions

Question number FAQ-0473

I want to measure the maximum rotation speed of an inverter motor when voltage is applied for just one second. How can I do this? Since the shaft is not exposed, I am measuring the fundamental period of a vibration sensor to observe the steady rotation.

One possible method for reading the highest frequency in the spectrum is to use high-speed averaging, peak hold, search enhancement functions, and (in some cases, zoom functions).

Since high-speed response is required, please consider using the high-speed FV converter FV-1400.
