I wouldn't recommend it.

ESC/P is listed as a compatible printer, but it is only compatible with older printers.
The latest ESC/P-compatible laser printers have a higher dot count, and when printing with them, the lines appear as dots instead of solid lines, resulting in very faint print.
Additionally, the size and position need to be adjusted on the printer side.

Epson LP8000, LP8400 laser printers

It might be possible with printers that support ESC/PS mode or PC-PR101 mode, but this has not been confirmed to work.
