I connected it to the HI80 model plotter (discontinued), but it shows "DEVICE NO ACTIVE."

Turn on switches 4 and 5 of the GPIB board in the HI80 (set to listen-only mode).

Connect the GPIB connector.

Set the CF copy machine to HPGL and make the CF talk-only.
