The difference between AC and DC coupling is

AC coupling removes the DC component (0Hz) for analysis.
When the spectrum is displayed, the 0Hz line represents the DC component.

There is also a DC cancellation function to remove the DC component.

DC coupling is used for low-frequency signals, while AC coupling is used for vibrations and noise, which are fluctuating signals.
