What is the difference between AC and DC coupling?

AC coupling removes the DC component (0Hz) for analysis.
When displayed in a spectrum, the 0Hz line shows the DC component.

There is also a DC cancel function for the removal of DC components.

For low-frequency signals, DC coupling is used, while for fluctuating signals such as vibrations and noise, AC coupling is employed.
