Regarding the input circuit (isolation)

By default, the A channel ISOLATE and B channel ISOLATE functions are turned ON.

The oscilloscope probe is not properly matched, so the frequency response may be poor in the high-frequency range. Please measure and verify the signal from a reference oscillator or similar device.

When analyzing power supply harmonics such as AC100V, use a probe that keeps the voltage within ±45V with the CF5200. Since it is high voltage, be careful of electric shock. Using a step-down transformer to keep the signal within ±45V is a safe method.

  • The A channel common and B channel common are isolated from the FFT common and case ground.
  • The A channel common and the B channel common are isolated from each other.
  • The common and case earth in FFT are the same.
