When the spectrum is displayed on the Y-axis in dB, the phase of spectra smaller than the lower limit of the Y-axis scale is forcibly treated as 0 degrees. Therefore, spectra with small Mag values are cut off (displaying 0), resulting in fewer entries in the list. (Please excuse the less-than-perfect image.)

Please change the lower limit of the Y-axis using the function described in Chapter 6-1-2 of the instruction manual, "Arbitrarily changing the Y-axis scale."
