CF-5200 Frequently Asked Questions

Question number FAQ-0361

Is there a way to play back noise data from a floppy disk and calibration?

The CAL signal is input to the CF, matching the level range measured by the sound level meter. After calibration using calibration function, the data is played back.
The floppy disk data will be played back on calibration screen.

The above calculation reads the overall value of (for example) CAL.
If the sound level meter reading is 64 dB = -8.94 dBVr / overall value

64+8.94=72.94dB

This value is added to each spectral data (dB) as a correction value.
