In a shock test, if the Y value (dB) of the transfer function is positive, can it be interpreted as amplification due to resonance?

The transfer function (frequency response function) is

Y-axis (dB) = 10Log (chB/chA) 2

This represents the ratio.

If chA and chB are the same acceleration data
0dB means the ratio is 1, and dB means that channel B > channel A, indicating amplification.

In the case of an impulse hammer and acceleration, it means the ratio of acceleration to force.

In both cases, the natural frequency (resonant frequency) is a point with a peak-like shape.
