This cannot be done through the Easy Operation menu.
The data is first stored in block memory, then Easy Operation is exited. After displaying the data on the screen using RECALL in block memory, it is saved to the floppy disk in ASCII format. Only the data displayed on the screen is saved in ASCII format.
