Is there a status that indicates the loading of panel conditions has been completed?
No.
As an alternative, you can use the command to obtain the status. For RS-232C, sending the TRC (Time Read) command and the LBC (Label Read of Panel Condition) command will return the time and label after the panel condition has been read, allowing you to confirm that the reading is complete. For external control (LAN connection), you can send the status acquisition command as a substitute. Please refer to the CF-4500 User Manual [External Control Function] "5.12 Status Acquisition Command Reference (P.89)" for the status acquisition command.
