Is it possible to connect a PC to a projector and output to both an LCD and a CRT simultaneously?

Simultaneous output is not possible.
You are required to choose one of the two options to use.

Connect the SVGA port to the external CRT.
The cable used is one designed for DOS/V PCs.
For instructions on changing settings, please refer to the "Basic Operation Guide: Connecting Peripheral Devices" in the instruction manual.
