Precautions when using the PC card slot
There are two PC card slots, one above the other.
The bottom slot already contains the CF-3000 system software. Do not remove it, as doing so may prevent the system from starting up.
The upper slot is the part that can be used for expansion. Insert the card with the back side facing up. If the front side is facing up, it will not go all the way in. Also, be careful not to let the free space on your C drive drop below 10MB after installing the drivers.

英語版（画面表示がすべて英数字のもの）は、標準の仕様ではPCカードスロットを使用することができません。PCMCIA対応カードを入れた時点でCPUがカードを探しにいきますが、認識できないため途中で止まってしまいます。その為、CF-3000のシステムを立ち上げることが出来なくなる事があります。
PCカードスロットを使用できるようにするには；
(1)日本語版にソフトをバージョンアップ（有料）
(2)本体引き取り改造（有料）
のどちらかが必要です。代理店、または最寄り営業所にてお見積もりいたしますので、お問い合わせの程よろしくお願いします。

You can check the capacity of the C: drive in its properties starting from Windows 95.
