Q1: Does it mean that the battery is fully charged when all the indicators are lit?

Yes, that's correct. The check LED lights up red when the battery level is below 25%. When it's above 25% (50%, 75%, 100%), it lights up green.

Q2: How many minutes can the device be used after the LOWBATT lamp on the panel lights up?

The device can be used for approximately 20 minutes after the LOWBATT indicator light turns on.

Q3: Does it determine the battery charge level? Also, I understand that a message is displayed on the screen when the light is on.

The charge level is the battery voltage. In the current version, in addition to the LOWBATT indicator, a LOW battery message is displayed on the screen to notify you when the battery needs replacing.

When the LOWBATT indicator on the unit lights up, a message will appear on the LCD screen.
In the dialog box in the center of the screen, you can choose between SHUTDOWN (stop measurement) or SUSPEND (continue measurement). If you select SUSPEND, the dialog box will disappear and measurement will resume normally. However, as the battery level decreases further, the LOWBATTERY message will appear frequently. When this happens, the battery level is very low, so stop the measurement and shut down immediately.
