Q1: Does it mean that the device is fully charged when all indicators are lit?

Yes. That's correct. The check LED lights up red when it is below 25%. When it exceeds 25% (at 50%, 75%, or 100%), it lights up green.

Q2: How many minutes can it be used after the LOWBATT lamp on the panel lights up?

The device can be used for about 20 minutes after the LOWBATT indicator of the main unit lights up.

Q3: Are you determining the battery charge level? Also, I heard that a message is displayed on the screen when the lamp is lit.

The charge rate is the voltage of the battery. In the current version, it not only has a LOWBATT indicator but also displays a low battery message on the screen to inform about battery replacement.

When the LOWBATT indicator on the main unit lights up, a message will appear on the LCD screen.
In the dialog at the center of the screen, you can choose either SHUTDOWN (stop measurement) or SUSPEND (continue measurement), and if you select SUSPEND, the dialog will temporarily disappear and normal measurement can continue. However, as the battery level decreases further, the LOWBATTERY indication will start to appear more frequently. If this state occurs, it means the battery level is very low, so please stop the measurement and shut down promptly.
