CF-3000 Frequently Asked Questions

Time record data is incompatible and cannot be handled, but FFT analysis data (block memory data) is handled as follows:

The CF3000 series can save files with the extensions .dat and .txt (text format).
The .dat file extension is a device-specific format, and the CF3000 series can only play files with this .dat extension.

(1) DS-9100/DS-2000 series, DS-0921L software
It is compatible with .dat file extensions.
It is possible to read data with the .txt extension.

(2) CF-5220/5210, CF-6400
Data with the .dat extension is generally compatible.
However, the data must be in a frequency range of 40kHz or less.
(The CF3000 series does not have a high frequency range such as 100kHz.) txt data cannot be played back.

(3) CF-4220/4220A
It is possible to read data using the CF3000 series. The reverse is not possible.

(4) CF-350/350Z/360/360Z
The WS-5130W file conversion software can be used to convert data to the CF5200 format, after which it can be read by the CF3000 series. The reverse is not possible.
