How to make the signal output of the RP-700 series roller encoder open collector (Applicable models: RP-721, RP-732, RP-704ZA)
Please use the dedicated amplifier, model PA-330ZC.
The PA-330ZC amplifier is a modified (optional) version of the PA-330Z amplifier with the 330Ω resistor removed from the output circuit.
The diagram below shows a schematic configuration of the PA-330ZC.
