Methods and precautions for fixing linear gauge sensors

■ Precautions when fixing linear gauge sensors

  • Ensure the spindle is perpendicular to the surface being measured.
    Particular care is required when using mounting holes, lugs, or mounting brackets for fastening.

  • If force is applied to the sensor mounting part,
    Please use the methods described for "mounting holes" and "mounting brackets".
    When using the "ear clip" method for securing the case, the ear clip may deform, or the screws for attaching the back cover may come loose.

■Basic installation method for GS and BS sensors

(1) Grasp the stem and secure it.
(2) Secure using mounting brackets.
(3) Secure using the mounting holes.
(4) Secure using the ear piece
