Methods for fixing linear gauge sensors and precautions.
Cautions when fixing the linear gauge sensor.
- Please ensure that the spindle is perpendicular to the surface being measured.
Take particular care when securing it using the “mounting hole,” “lug,” or “mounting bracket.”
- If force is applied to the sensor mounting section,
use the “mounting hole” or “mounting bracket” method.
With “lug” mounting, the lug section may deform or the back cover mounting screws may come loose.
■Basic installation method for GS and BS sensors
(1) Grasp the stem and secure it
(2) Use the mounting bracket to secure it
(3) Use the mounting holes to secure it
(4) Use the ear part to secure it
