Avoid lubricating the spindle or touching it directly with your hands.

If oil (grease) or dirt adheres to it, it will not move smoothly.

When cleaning the spindle, use a soft cloth dampened with alcohol.

If you remove the cap on top of the spindle, do not remove the O-ring on top of the spindle, as it acts as a stopper. Doing so will cause a malfunction.
