<1> Display section

The measurement value is displayed as a 5-digit number in millimeters. If the measurement value is negative, the "-" indicator on the left will light up. If there is a measurement error, it will blink. (See the troubleshooting section.)

<2> RESET switch
Pressing the switch resets the displayed value, BCD output, and error output.

<3> UPPER Digital Switch
Set an upper limit for determining pass/fail status.

<4> LOWER Digital Switch
Set a lower limit for determining pass/fail status.

<5> COMPAREATOR indicator light
GATE
The indicator light illuminates red while a comparator gate signal is input from the <8>COMPARATOR GATE input terminal (No. 8) on the rear panel or the comparator gate input (pin 34) of the <16>BCD OUT connector. While the light is on, pass/fail judgment is forcibly stopped, and all pass/fail judgment outputs are turned OFF.

・LOWER
The indicator lights up red when the count value is below the set value of the <4>LOWER digital switch.

·OK
The indicator lights up green when the count value is greater than the setting of the <4>LOWER digital switch and less than the setting of the <3>UPPER digital switch.

UPPER
The indicator lights up red when the count value is equal to or greater than the <3>UPPER digital setting value.

<6> Power input terminals (No. 1, 2)
Input a power supply in the range of AC 100V to 240V.

<7> Ground terminal (No.3)
For safety and noise reduction, always ensure that the equipment is grounded.

<8> COMPARATOR GATE input terminal (No. 8)
If this terminal and the <9>COM terminal (No.9) are short-circuited, the pass/fail judgment function will be forcibly stopped, and all pass/fail judgment outputs will be turned OFF.

<9> COM terminal (No.9)
This is the common terminal of <8>.

<10> LOWER output relay (NO.10, 11)
This is a make contact output that turns ON in conjunction with the illumination of the <5>LOWER indicator light.

<11> OK output relay (No. 12, 13)
This is a make contact output that turns ON in conjunction with the illumination of the <5> OK indicator light.

<12> UPPER output relay (No. 14, 15)
This is a make contact output that turns ON in conjunction with the illumination of the <5>UPPER indicator light.

<13> HOLD input terminal (No. 20)
Short-circuiting this terminal with the <15>COM terminal (No. 22) will hold the displayed value and the BCD output. Please note that the pass/fail judgment output will not be held.

<14> RESET input terminal (No. 21)
Short-circuiting this terminal with the <15>COM terminal (No. 22) will reset the displayed value and BCD output, as well as the error display and error output (inside the BCD connector).

<15> COM terminal (No.22)
This is the common terminal for the hold signal and reset signal.

<16> BCD OUT connector
This connector is for BCD output, pass/fail judgment, and external command signals.

<17> SIG IN connector
Input the signal from the GS type gauge sensor.
