• Reading measured values (IN)
  • Normal: Value after calculation of Offset and Factor
  • Max: Maximum value when peak hold function is ON
  • Min: Minimum value when peak hold function is ON
  • Range: Maximum value minus minimum value when peak hold function is ON
• Hold and reset (OUT) the measured value.
• Execute and stop peak hold (OUT)
• Comparator execution, stop (OUT)
• Setting the judgment values (Upper, Lower) (OUT) and reading the set values (IN)
• Loading the judgment result (IN)
• Setting the sensor resolution (OUT) and reading the setting value (IN)
• Direction setting (OUT) and reading setting value (IN)
• Select the measurement data item values to display (Normal, Max, Min, Range) (OUT)
