LC-1100/SF-660B Spatial Filter Detector Installation Precautions - Part 2
"The 'LC-1100/SF-660B space filter detector' should be securely fixed using the included mounting fixture in a safe location on the vehicle that has minimal engine vibration, either at the front or rear or on the left or right side, while ensuring it is as perpendicular as possible to the vehicle's centerline."
Installation status of the front and rear parts of the vehicle.

- Loosen the butterfly screw indicated by the circle in the above figure and securely attach the detector mounting jig to the vehicle body.
- Loosen the crank lever marked with a circle in the diagram, adjust the detector to the specified height, and then securely tighten it again.
Also, please refer to "Notes on Installing the LC-1100/SF-660B Space Filter Detector - Part 1".
Point 1
Choose a location on the rear trunk or as flat as possible on the rear of the vehicle (or as flat as possible on the rear window), and adjust the angle of the suction cup tool so that the suction cup surface makes uniform contact.
Point 2
Loosen the butterfly screw of the "fixed auxiliary part" that is fixed to the bottom of the "detector mounting jig" to adjust the extension amount, insert it between the bumper and the body, and secure it firmly with adhesive tape or similar. At this time, please be careful not to change the angle of the suction cup surface or the perpendicularity of the detector to the ground.
Point 3
Please wipe the area where the suction cup will be applied thoroughly to remove any dirt before installation. If it is wet, please wipe it dry in the same manner.
Point 4
While pressing the suction cup part as hard as possible, tilt the upper lever outward to make it adhere, but at this time, please turn the suction strength adjustment screw just above the suction cup counterclockwise as much as possible. This will increase the amount of indentation of the suction cup and improve the adhesion strength.
During storage of the detector, it is recommended to tilt the lever to the opposite side to avoid putting unnecessary load on the rubber of the suction cup.
