When I power on my CT-6700 digital engine tachometer, the trigger level automatically drops. This makes it impossible to operate the key and switch to "manual setting." How can I fix this?

Please check the following.

  1. Is key protection enabled?
  2. Is it in trigger assist mode?

Upon confirmation,

  1. Key protection is not enabled.
  2. Pressing the "TRIG ASSIST" key to check the current mode does not change the screen.

In these cases, the CT-6700 unit itself is faulty, so please send it in for repair.
