TQ-1000シリーズ

The TQ-1000 series is a flange-type, high-rigidity, high-speed response torque detector developed for measuring fluctuating torque in engines and drive systems. Its high rigidity in the detector's torsional section allows for more accurate measurement of faster fluctuating torque than our conventional detectors. Its thin flange design, without bearings, allows for direct mounting to the rotating shaft, saving space. The TQ-1000 series is available with high-precision options.
The TQ-1000 series is used in combination with the TQ-5200* / TQ-5300 arithmetic display unit. *Discontinued.

Features

Case Studies

Actual load testing system

We provide data to accurately reproduce virtual loads on the engine bench. High-response torque data enables more optimal load control.

  • Actual Load Testing System No. 1

We are using a TQ-1107 detector to measure the mechanical frequency response of the engine bench.
We were able to measure the torque transfer characteristics shown in the figure below by performing random excitation up to 1 kHz using a low-inertia dynamo.
By using this torque signal to perform vibration damping control, we were able to suppress the resonance with a peak at 63 Hz that had been occurring before the control was implemented.
