Three-dimensional optical unit
LV-3800

The LV-3800 three-dimensional optical unit is Laser Doppler Vibrometer system that detects vibrations occurring in three axes non-contact. It can simultaneously detect vibrations in the XYZ axes of microstructures, small masses, and ultrasonically driven objects that are difficult to detect with contact methods. It is smaller than conventional devices and makes laser beam alignment easier.

Features

  •  3-axis non-contact vibration detection is possible from 0.3 Hz to 100 kHz *1. 

  •  With the LV-0181's built-in positioning camera *2 attached, you can view images of the detected area on your PC. 

  •  It is possible to detect minute objects with a laser spot diameter of approximately 30 µm. 

  •  You can freely rearrange the configuration of 1 axis (out-of-plane), 2 axes (+in-plane), and 3 axes (3 axes). 

  •  The head unit allows for laser irradiation positioning in the upper and left/right directions, and is also capable of inverted detection. 

  •  Laser Doppler Vibrometer are compatible: LV-1800, LV-1710 *3 / LV-1720 *3 / LV-1720A *3.
