The FZ-2200A Coriolis continuous mass flow meter is a Coriolis-type mass flow meter that accurately measures the flow of fuels such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene by combining it with the FM-3100, which incorporates the FM-0321 module. It is suitable for measuring fuel flow during mode operation due to its capability for continuous mass flow measurement. Additionally, it can simultaneously measure fuel density inline. The FZ-2200A can measure fuel consumption from ordinary passenger cars to medium trucks and large vessels.

Features

1. Mass flow rate unaffected by temperature or pressure

The FZ series continuous mass flowmeter is a Coriolis-type detector. By applying a specific vibration to the tube, it creates a motion equivalent to angular velocity, generating Coriolis force (Fe). Since a twist proportional to the mass flow rate occurs in the tube, the mass flow rate is calculated from this amount of twist.
Mass flow rate does not change due to temperature or pressure.

The natural vibration frequency of the tube is determined by the tube's spring constant and the sum of the mass of the tube and the mass of the fuel inside. Since the vibration frequency changes with different liquid densities, the density can also be measured.

3. Continuous measurement / High precision (measurement accuracy ±0.1%)

The FZ-2200A Continuous Mass Flow Meter performs mass flow measurement continuously every 100 ms.
With a measurement range of 1 to 1090 kg/h, it achieves high-precision measurement with an accuracy within 0.1 % of the reading (27 to 1090 kg/h).
