Design and construction of anechoic chambers and soundproof rooms

In the development of various new products, we pursue pleasant sounds and reduce operating noise. In manufacturing sites, we conduct abnormal noise inspections and noise level inspections. To measure acoustics and vibrations, the first step is to create an environment that is unaffected by external disturbances.
Our company designs and constructs a wide range of measurement environments, from anechoic chambers for acoustic testing of small components to comprehensive measurement environments such as chassis dynamometer semi-anechoic chambers, tailored to our customers' needs.

General-purpose anechoic chamber

This is a test room where the entire surface, including the floor, is covered with sound-absorbing material. It is used for acoustic characteristic testing of microphones and speakers, recording of dry sources used in auditory testing, and measuring the acoustic intensity of various devices.

This is a test room with a reflective floor and sound-absorbing surfaces on the other sides. It is used for noise measurements of automobiles, electrical products, and various components, as well as acoustic power level measurements of information equipment.

Simple soundproof room

This is a simple, semi-anechoic chamber that is freestanding, requiring minimal modifications to the building structure. Furthermore, it has a short construction period and can be dismantled and relocated.

Automotive muffler noise reduction performance testing chamber

This is a semi-anechoic chamber specifically designed for testing the noise reduction performance of automotive mufflers.
By creating a penetration point in the wall, we are able to accommodate muffler performance testing.

Acoustic transmission loss and sound absorption coefficient can be measured with relatively small samples.

Anechoic chamber for acoustic performance testing of small components

With an internal dimension of approximately 1 meter, it is an extremely small anechoic space, making it suitable for the development and shipping inspection of small components such as miniature motors.

By laying reflective floor panels, existing anechoic chambers can be effectively utilized while also being able to be used as semi-anechoic chambers.
