Engine Bench ECU Compatibility Testing System

This system is capable of ECU conformity testing for engine exhaust gas measures and fuel efficiency improvement.
It is constructed by adding the ECU optimization support tool (ORANGE) to the Automatic Measurement Control System FAMS-R6.
It supports a series of flows that include creating a driving schedule for conformity testing, automatic driving of the engine, data measurement, creating accurate models, optimization, map creation, and map transfer to the ECU.

What is ORANGE SYSTEM (ORANGE Navigator・ORANGE Optimizer)?

ORANGE Navigator is an application that creates and executes test operation schedules for gasoline and diesel engine compatibility.

ORANGE Optimizer creates the optimal ECU map based on collected data using response surface methodology.
