Engine bench ECU compatibility test system

This system allows for ECU compatibility testing to improve engine emissions and fuel efficiency.
The FAMS-R6 Automatic Measurement Control System will be built by adding the ECU optimization support tool (ORANGE).
It supports a series of workflows, including creating a test schedule for compatibility testing, automated engine operation, data measurement, creation of accurate models, optimization, map creation, and map transfer to the ECU.

What is the ORANGE SYSTEM (ORANGE Navigator/ORANGE Optimizer)?

ORANGE Navigator is an application for creating and executing compatibility test run schedules for gasoline and diesel engines.

ORANGE Optimizer creates the optimal ECU map using the response surface method based on the collected data.
