Gear testing system, differential assembly tester

This system can measure the "unit transmission error," which includes the effects of carrier assembly tolerances and support rigidity. The measured transmission error is then analyzed for its change with respect to torque and rotational speed using meshing order ratio analysis.
We can also accommodate requests for measurements such as vibration, noise, torque fluctuation, and backlash. Furthermore, we can provide automated lubrication systems for workpieces and automated workpiece loading/unloading systems necessary for line inspections.
