We have discovered a defect in the "OS-0522 FFT analysis function," an optional software for our Sound and Vibration Analysis System, O-Solution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Below, we will report on how we are addressing this issue, the cause of the problem, the measures we are taking, and our plans to prevent recurrence.

Details of the problem
In analysis mode, the overall value (OA) of the FFT analysis data is displayed on the trend graph.
If you then change the display units (by adding prefixes), the graph will display incorrect results.
The same applies when exporting this displayed data to a CSV file.
* Unit conversions for data other than overall (OA) will be processed correctly.
Furthermore, when performing unit conversion on FFT tracking analysis data and FFT analysis data in measurement mode, the correct overall (OA) trend data will be displayed and output.
cause
Due to changes made to the numerical conversion process of FFT analysis data (spectral display format, amplitude notation units, unit conversion, display scale), the unit conversion process for overall (OA) trend data no longer works correctly.

Latest version release date: November 10, 2023 (Friday)
The issue will be fixed by installing the corrected software. The corrected version will be Ver.3.5.10. For details on the version update, please see the "Version Update History" on the download page and support page.
