O-Solution Ver.3.0: Main Additional Features and Options
1. DS-5000 Standalone Recording Function
When conducting in-vehicle measurements, it can be difficult to operate a computer (PC) while driving, or it may be difficult to secure space to install a PC. Furthermore, in factory settings, it may not be possible to bring in a PC due to power supply or security concerns. To address these challenges, we have added the "DS-5000 Standalone Recording Function," which allows data to be recorded without a PC. This function enables the DS-5000 to be used not only as an acoustic vibration analyzer, but also as a data logger capable of acquiring highly accurate data with a dynamic range of 130dB. The "DS-5000 Standalone Recording Function" also includes a web application that can be operated from smartphones and tablets.
2. OS-0531 Statistical analysis function
We have added a new optional feature, OS-0531 Statistical Analysis Function. This allows you to perform various statistical analyses, including histograms and scatter plots.
3. Functionality improvements
Statistical processing trend display
By displaying statistical indicators (maximum value, RMS value, peak ratio, etc.) for a given period as trends, it becomes easy to find points of change within long-term recorded data, thus saving time in the work process.
Analysis result averaging function
You can select multiple data points for FFT analysis and octave analysis to obtain an average result. By selecting appropriate data from a dataset with high variability, the average result is displayed immediately, allowing you to efficiently obtain the necessary results.
Added development languages for external controls (O-Step API).
We provide an external control (O-Step API) that allows you to control O-Solution. This now supports many programming languages, including Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, C++, and VBA. You can easily build automated measurement systems and other applications using your preferred language.
