Ono Sokki Co., Ltd. has launched "Sound One," a service that combines its accumulated expertise in sensory evaluation and acoustic analysis related to sound, and is expanding into the data business domain.
"Sound One" allows you to collect impressions of sounds from a wide range of listeners by streaming the sounds you want to evaluate via the web. The collected impressions can be correlated with parameters such as sound pressure level, allowing for a link between perception and physics. Sound recording can be done using a smartphone or similar device, and the entire process from sound editing and distribution to saving and analyzing the results can be done in an environment independent of the OS or device.
Application Examples
- Sound design for home appliances, public space signage, game sound effects, and car startup sounds.
- The impression of the audio (pleasantness, etc.) is scored, and the voice of the voice actor that best matches the character's image is matched.
