Notice of partial lifting of "Work from home as a general rule"

In order to strengthen measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, our company had been implementing a "work-from-home policy" since April 8th, mainly at business locations within areas subject to the state of emergency declaration. However, in light of the infection situation in Japan, we have decided to partially lift this policy, and we would like to inform you of this decision. The main points of the partial lifting are as follows:

To reduce the number of employees coming to the office by at least 70%, employees will be limited to a maximum of two days a week.

Persons working at the offices or branches of Ono Sokki and Ono Sokki Group located in areas subject to the state of emergency declaration, and persons residing in those areas.

Monday, May 18, 2020 - Friday, May 29, 2020 (tentative)

Target Audience

In response to the declaration of a state of emergency by Ono Sokki and Ono Sokki Group, the following applies to employees working at business establishments and offices in prefectures designated as areas requiring special vigilance, and to employees residing in such areas.

Target period

April 8, 2020 (Wed) - May 15, 2020 (Fri) (tentative)
* We plan to transition to a normal work system from Monday, June 1st. However, depending on the infection situation, this measure may be extended.
