Report Summary

1. Both NVH and road-noise transfer path analysis (TPA) (ID: GalaxyA7-25-015-A)

We conducted NVH measurements during actual driving (including cabin noise, power unit noise and vibration, and suspension vibration) and characterized the mounts through hammering vibration tests. We performed transmission path analysis (TPA) targeting road noise, which allowed us to calculate the contributions, forces, and body acoustic sensitivities of each body input point to the cabin noise measurement points (response points).

Sales Terms and Conditions for Benchmark Data Deliverables

Delivered goods and warranty

Ono Sokki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will deliver the results of measurements performed on commercially available vehicles using the Company's original methods, as well as secondary products such as test reports created based on the measurement results. (Hereinafter referred to as "Deliverables".)
Deliverables will be delivered in electronic data format. Delivery will be made via a cloud server or on media (DVD/Blu-ray Disc). Depending on the type of Deliverables, the amount of data may be enormous; in such cases, delivery will be made via a cloud server or on media compatible with large capacities, such as Blu-ray Discs. If any defects or errors are found in the content of the Deliverables within one year after delivery, a corrected version will be delivered free of charge.

intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights related to the contents of the delivered goods belong to our company and do not grant permission for the buyer to implement or use them. In the event of any discrepancies between the contracts or purchase orders exchanged between the buyer and our company and the handling of intellectual property rights stipulated in this agreement, the terms of this agreement shall take precedence unless otherwise agreed by our company.

Utilization constraints

The contents of the delivered items may not be disclosed, used, transferred, or resold to any third party other than the purchaser.
In the case of corporations, even affiliated companies will be treated as third parties. Furthermore, the results such as reports or models created using the delivered items may not be sold or transferred to third parties. However, this does not apply if prior written consent is obtained from our company.

Disclaimer

The company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the buyer's use of the contents of the delivered goods.
