This service involves conducting measurements and analyses based on customer requests, and providing the resulting data and reports. Primarily serving the automotive industry, we provide optimal services as measurement professionals to solve our customers' challenges, contributing to the performance improvement of existing products. Furthermore, our employees, by experiencing things from the user's perspective, provide feedback to the company, which also plays a role in improving the performance of our own products.

This service is challenging, but also the area where we put the most effort, because we cannot truly help our clients unless we understand the true meaning behind their requests. As I provide consulting related to sound and vibration, I receive requests such as "I want to measure sound" or "I want to measure vibration." These requests may seem simple, but there are actually various stories behind them, and we cannot produce appropriate results unless we understand the background. Therefore, I always make sure to listen carefully to our clients and understand the true meaning behind their requests before proceeding with the work. During the work, I am entrusted with our clients' valuable products, which creates a sense of tension, but I also find it interesting because I experience many things that I wouldn't experience anywhere else.

It's true that each customer has a different background. I'm in charge of measurement and analysis related to automobiles, but I had no experience with automobiles before joining the company, so I'm learning a lot every day. However, when I acquire technical skills through this job and can provide the best possible service to a customer, that's when I feel glad I chose this job.

I'm glad to hear from you both. I think this job is a high-pressure one, as it involves handling customers' important products and working in a way that puts you at risk of accidents. As a manager, I also value providing emotional support to the team members who work in such an environment.

In June 2023, we started a business selling benchmarking reports for EVs purchased by our company. Currently, we offer reports for two models (at the time of this interview), but we plan to gradually increase the number of models covered in the future.

Regardless of the industry, benchmarking is essential for technological advancement. By selling these reports, we can take over the measurement and analysis that was previously carried out by individual companies, shortening the benchmarking time and contributing to the technological development of the entire automotive industry.

While our traditional service was one-on-one with each customer, our report sales model allows us to deliver a single set of measurement results to multiple customers, which I believe allows us to be of service to a wider range of clients.
