Reasons for joining the company
I wanted to work in sales for a B2B manufacturer.
I became interested in the measuring instrument industry, which supports manufacturing, among other things.
student days
I studied language, culture, and education at university.
Also, I played baseball until high school and field hockey in college, so before I knew it, I was still physically active until the very end of my student life.
Current job duties
Currently, my main job is "agency sales."
We provide product introductions and support to ensure that our distributors want to sell Ono Sokki products.
We also conduct direct PR activities targeting customers who actually use the measuring instruments.
I believe the appeal of agency sales lies in being able to do both "sales where you get others to sell your products" and "sales where you sell your products."

The best thing is that all the senior staff are kind.
Whenever I encounter any problems, not only my senior colleagues at my own branch, but also senior colleagues at other branch offices and even technical staff from other departments kindly help me out.
