The company sells measurement systems that utilize a variety of sensors.

Because my research during my student days focused on new sensing technologies, I was interested in sensing technologies and instrument manufacturers.

We handle Automatic Measurement Control System with the necessary functions for test bench testing, primarily targeting the automotive industry, as well as products for acoustic vibration analysis for various other industries. In a world where advanced technologies such as robots and AI are permeating our lives and transformation is progressing, I joined Ono Sokki because I believed that I could contribute to society with various sensing and analysis technologies.

I was studying electromagnetism and electrical circuits.
In the electronics and materials science laboratory, I was researching the fabrication of Josephson junction elements for detectors using superconducting tunnel junctions.
On my days off, I hung out with friends and enjoyed a typical student life. Looking back now, I think I could have used my time more effectively. For example, I encourage everyone to make good use of their time, such as during long breaks, and do things that you can only do as a student!

My main job is the development and design of torque sensors.
It is used in testing equipment for engines and transmissions in automotive development, as well as in motor testing equipment.
We also provide maintenance support for released products. For the design of new products and the evaluation testing of prototypes, we consider evaluation methods and conduct tests according to the design specifications.
Because the evaluation process, including assessing the validity of the evaluation criteria, conducting the tests, and reporting the test results, must be completed within a limited timeframe, we are working in cooperation with team members and related departments.

One of the best things about this workplace is the open and communicative atmosphere. Questions and concerns are answered kindly, creating an environment where it's easy to talk to superiors and colleagues!
Even if I make a wrong judgment while carrying out my work, I can be logically reasoned with, which makes me feel more comfortable trying new things and speaking up.
Also, you'll be entrusted with a variety of tasks, which makes it easy to accumulate experience.

I felt that job hunting was a good opportunity to re-examine myself and the world around me.
