Company housing

If commuting from home is difficult, you can utilize the company housing system. The company will find a room based on the individual's preferences and lease one room for use as company housing.
Examples of preferences: size, location, proximity to train stations, etc.
The company will cover the initial moving and move-in expenses.

Meal allowance

Employees working at offices without cafeteria facilities, such as the head office and regional sales offices, are provided with a meal allowance.
Single person living alone: 7500 yen/month
Otherwise: 6000 yen/month
*At the Yokohama Technical Center and Utsunomiya Technical & Product Center, which have employee cafeterias, employees can enjoy inexpensive and generously portioned meals, so no meal allowance is provided.

The cafeteria at the Yokohama Technical Center has been newly renovated, and you can enjoy your meal in a bright and comfortable space.
Also, on clear days, you can see Mount Fuji.

The cafeteria at the Utsunomiya Technical & Product Center is popular with employees for its extensive menu. Large windows let in plenty of sunlight, creating a bright and open atmosphere for enjoying meals.
Both places are very lively during lunchtime, with people gathering with colleagues from the same department or eating together with peers.
Although there is no cafeteria at the head office, there is a cafe area where employees can eat and drink, and it serves as a place for relaxation where they can eat meals and chat.
