Details of the problem
In rare cases, sampling errors (data errors) in the input signal data may occur within a specific frequency range (1.6 kHz to 10 kHz). As a result, the noise level of the spectral data may increase.
Cause of malfunction
This is due to a software defect in the DSP (Digital Signal Processing Unit) mounted on the circuit board of the affected product.
This issue occurs with DSP firmware version 02.04.0214 and does not occur with other versions.
countermeasure
We will address this issue by upgrading the DSP version from 02.04.0214 to 03.04.0215.
