We have recently discovered that our DS-2000 analysis software, which you recently purchased, has a malfunction that prevents accurate measurements when performing offline analysis in a specific frequency range (a relatively low frequency range). We sincerely apologize for causing this situation and promise to prevent such incidents from recurring. Therefore, we ask that customers using the offline analysis process check the version of their offline analysis library. If you are using a version that may be affected by this malfunction, please download the latest version with the fix implemented and overwrite your existing installation. We apologize for the inconvenience during this busy time and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Target Products
This applies to versions of the DS-2000 series offline analysis libraries "DS21OF.DLL" and "DS21TF.DLL" older than "Ver. 1.14.0030 (dated April 8, 2009)".
How to check the software version (the diagram shows the process using Windows XP).
Select Search from the Start menu.
Select all files and folders.
Enter DS21OF.DLL in all or part of the filename (OF is a letter).
Right-click on the file name displayed in the list.
Click on the properties.
Open the version information. The file version will be displayed.

When taking measurements in a specific frequency range (a relatively low frequency range), the following problems may occur, and accurate measurements may not be possible.
- The game freezes when the start and stop buttons are pressed.
- After the analysis starts, the message "Analysis ENG not connected" appears.
- The elapsed time is slow when the analysis is started.
- When averaged, the average number of occurrences is extremely low.
This phenomenon occurs in the following frequency range.
64Hz、6.4Hz、640mHz、64mHz、6.4mHz
cause
There was an error in the internal processing of the offline analysis library.
countermeasure
Please download the latest updated software with the necessary fixes to the computer where your DS-2000 analysis software is installed, and then perform an overwrite installation.
Clicking the "Software Version Upgrade" button below will display the "User Registration & Download" page. On the displayed page, under "DS-2000 Graduo Multi-Channel Data Station," first-time users should click [New Registration], and existing users should click [Password Login] to proceed to the DS-2000 series software download page. From there, download the latest offline analysis library installer, "InstDS21Dll.EXE".
