Details of the problem

This update fixes a bug where, when opening a project configured for external triggering, setting TRIG_ON, and then STARTing, the trigger would activate and data would be updated even though no external trigger signal was present.

Cause of malfunction

This is a bug in the software's internal processing.

How to update to compatible software
Supported software Ver.4.0.0.161 Please obtain the update using the following method and perform the version upgrade.

2. I received the upgrade installation CD from my sales representative.
