How to check the software version
Select the soft key [MAIN] → [CONDITION] and click "COND.View". On the screen that appears, check the "Version" number under "Software".
Details of the problem
- When the panel condition memory is loaded, the label display at the top of the screen is not updated.
- There were instances where the labels read using the RS232C label reading command "LBC" differed from the displayed labels.
- The command CBR#,7 (where # is the block number), used to read the frequency of the comparison judgment result via RS232C, returned "0" regardless of the frequency value when the peak frequency was the same as the lower limit frequency (X LOWER).
Cause of malfunction
This is due to a software defect in the affected product.
How to respond
This issue will be fixed by updating to the latest version, Ver. 1.1.2.120 or later. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please download and install the update from the Ono Ono Sokki website.
