The VC-2100 vibration comparator, "Vibration Watchman," is the first in its class to employ a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), enabling high-speed calculations through digital processing. It simultaneously detects and displays different vibration values in two frequency bands (expandable to three bands with an option) from the output signal of Accelerometer, and can determine whether the vibration is good or bad based on pre-set vibration level values. With numerical and bar graph displays of vibration levels, and audio confirmation via headphones, the VC-2100 offers comprehensive functionality for "seeing," "hearing," and "judging" vibrations. Furthermore, by inputting timing signals from a sequencer or other device and controlling the unit, it's possible to extract only the necessary vibration phenomena. This enables high-performance and highly accurate vibration monitoring at a low cost in various fields, including production equipment maintenance and continuous monitoring.
