We have added new features to the DS-3000 series ESUFEEL (Real-time Sound and Vibration Analysis System), including automatic measurement and recording. Furthermore, we have made improvements and added functions in response to customer requests.
Automatic measurement and recording, and other new features are included.
Automatic measurement/recording function
This function automatically starts measurements and saves data. Measurements can be performed continuously without any software operation. Traditionally, when repeating the same measurement, it was necessary to save the data after each measurement and then start the next one. This function allows for automatic, repeated measurements, reducing the workload associated with measurement.
- If vibrations exceeding a specified amplitude occur, measurement is performed and the data is saved.
- The audio data is repeatedly recorded at predetermined time intervals.
Case Study 1: We want to automatically record vibration data when abnormal vibrations occur.
Each time a certain level of vibration occurs, data can be recorded for 10 seconds, and the power spectrum of each channel can be saved.
Case 2: I want to automatically record audio data repeatedly at fixed time intervals.
By setting the measurement start date and time and measurement cycle, sound can be recorded automatically.
Improved unit calibration settings
Unit calibration settings can be configured using Excel. This feature allows you to create a CSV file containing the values needed for unit calibration and then import that file into the software. Import and export functions are available.
Project View
This feature allows you to view a list of settings and export them to a file. This makes it easy to check and compare settings.
