Based on our long-selling baby gauge sensor, we have developed the BS-1210/BS-1310, which boasts superior durability and stable, high-precision performance. In recent years, industrial products have become increasingly miniaturized, but there are growing cases where conventional-sized linear gauge sensors cannot be installed to detect dimensions, displacements, and movement during production.
With the Baby Gauge Sensor BS series, the compact size allows you to install sensors close together or arrange multiple sensors in a narrow space.
With an IP66 protection rating, it is highly resistant to dust and water, and its lifespan has been extended to 30 million sliding cycles, three times that of conventional products. Furthermore, the operating temperature range has been expanded, making it ideal for high-temperature and high-humidity measurement environments.
By integrating these sensors into the measurement equipment on the production line, significant cost reductions can be expected, such as reduced maintenance costs due to longer lifespans and avoidance of production line stoppages caused by sensor failures.
