The TQ-2000 series is a flange-type, high-rigidity torque detector newly developed to handle high rotational speeds, building upon the previous TQ-1000 series.
With a rotational speed range of 22,000 r/min in the standard specification and an additional 25,000 r/min in the optional specification, this torque detector is suitable for motor torque testing equipment that requires high-speed rotation, such as motors for EV/HEV drive systems.
By connecting it to the already available TQ-5200 high-response torque converter, high-speed torque measurement becomes possible.
To launch this product, we will initially release the 500 N･m torque capacity model, and then gradually release other torque capacities to expand our product lineup.
